التعلق عند المراهقين

تعريف التعلّق:

يستخدم مفهوم التعلّق أو الارتباط بصورةٍ متكرّرةٍ من قِبل متخصِّصين في مجال الصحّة النفسيّة وعلم نفس نموّ الطّفل، إلّا أنّ لهذا المفهوم فروقاً بسيطةً في هذه السّياقات المختلفة. ويشير مصطلح التعلّق أو الارتباط في معجم علم نفس نموّ الطفّل إلى “رابطةٍ خاصّةٍ تتميّز بمواصفاتٍ فريدةٍ لعلاقاتٍ شديدة التميّز بين الطّفل ومقدِّمي الرِّعاية الأوليّة له” ولرابطة التعلّق عناصر أساسيّة عديدة منها

      رابطة التعلّق هي علاقة انفعاليّة لها طابع الدّوام مع شخصٍ معيّنٍ –

    تجلب العلاقات الانفعاليّة المتبادلة المجسِّدة لرابطة التّعليق الإيجابيّ أمناً وراحةً وهدوءً ومتعةً للطّرفين –

       الافتقاد أو مجرّد التّهديد بالغياب أو الافتقاد إلى الشّخص الآخر (ممثّل التعلّق الرّئيس) ينشّط توتّراً وضيقاً نفسيّاً شديداً قد يُفضي إلى معاناةٍ من اضطراباتٍ نفسيّةٍ وسلوكيّةٍ شديدة

ويستخدم مفهوم التعلق أو الارتباط في مجال الصحّة النفسيّة ليشير إلى “القدرة الكليّة على تكوين العلاقات مع الآخرين”
